OUR STORY

Just Catering began as a family run organization catering private events for mostly family and friends. The founders, Ada and Silvio Manza, then expanded their operation and decided to try their hand in opening up a delicatessen in a busy mall located in Toronto.

Their entrepreneurial spirit and genuine love of preparing fresh wholesome foods led the way in 1985 to approach a school board and complete a successful tender for their first school cafeteria.

Fast forward 3 decades later, still family owned and operated, the Company has grown exponentially and today prepares wholesome foods for over 40,000 students a day in multiple sites across multiple school boards.

Just Catering’s cafeterias are anything but institutional. Our sites are colourful, inviting and our food is locally sourced, culturally diverse and highly nutritious. We believe eating right forms the ground work for successful learning.

As a proudly Canadian company we continually strive to “serve great food fast” rather than be “great at serving fast food".
